Articling Information
Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP is looking for articling
students who want to continue our tradition of outstanding legal
services. Our law firm is a full service law firm, with departments
in real estate, estates and wills, corporate/commercial, family
law, employment and litigation. As such, the articling experience
is divided equally into a Barristers' and a Solicitors' rotation.
Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP has been active with
an articling program for the past few years and wishes to continue
for the years to come.
Our firm endeavours to maintain a balance between
personal and professional lives in an environment committed to excellence.
We believe we can offer the right candidate the opportunity to do
challenging, remunerative work and still have a family life and
involvement in the community. We adhere to the Law Society of Upper
Canada guidelines with respect to the deadline for receipt of résumés,
interview timing and process of making offers to those candidates
whom we consider may be a "good fit" for Martin Sheppard
Fraser LLP. Annually, when the articling recruitment process commences,
interested persons may forward their résumés to the
attention of Michael E. Skiba, Articling
Principal. Applications should include transcripts to date, and
applications should be received by May 15th each year for Articling
in the following year.
For more information please contact Michael E. Skiba.
