J. Randal Boyce
J. Randal Boyce was educated at the University
of Toronto where he graduated from Law School in 1963. He was called
to the Bar in 1965 and joined the firm in 1968.
Randy is one of the most well respected real estate
lawyers in the Peninsula, and is frequently consulted by other practitioners
in the Region and beyond in complicated transactions. Randy brings
this level of expertise to each client matter, whether it be commercial
or residential. He is also consulted by corporations and financial
institutions borrowing or lending on the security of real and personal
property.
He also carries on a general practice including
wills, estates, and the purchase and sale of businesses. Like all
members of the firm, Randy dedicates himself to involvement in the
community. This has included over thirty years of service to the
Niagara Child Development Centre and five years as President of
the Board of Governors of the Niagara-on-the-Lake General Hospital.
Randy, married with four sons, relaxes at home
in Niagara-on-the-Lake, by reading historical fiction, listening
to classical music or watching a game of baseball.
