J. Randal Boyce

Randy Boyce was educated at the University of Toronto where he graduated from Law School in 1963. He was called to the Bar in 1965 and joined the Firm in 1968.

Randy is one of the most respected real estate lawyers in the Peninsula, and is frequently consulted by other practitioners in the Region and beyond in complicated transactions. Randy brings this level of expertise to each client's matter, whether it be commercial or residential. He is also consulted by corporations and financial institutions borrowing or lending on the security of real and personal property.

Randy's practice is restricted to residential and commercial real estate, with experience in land and condominium development.

Like all members of the firm, Randy dedicates himself to involvement in the community. This has included over thirty years of service to the Niagara Child Development Centre (now known as Niagara Child and Youth Services) and twenty-five years as a member of the Board of Governors of the Niagara-on-the-Lake General Hospital.

Randy, married with four sons, relaxes at home in Niagara-on-the-Lake, by reading historical fiction, listening to classical music or enjoying watching baseball.
