Denise M. Elliott

Denise Elliott graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in Politics in 1992.

Denise graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with her law degree in 2003, where she was one of the inaugural graduates of the Tax Law Program, which earned her specialization in tax law on her law degree, and was the recipient of the prestigious Stikeman Elliot Carswell National Tax Award.

Denise is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Taxation Section of the Ontario Bar Association. Her practice is focused on all areas of Tax Law, including corporate and individual planning, as well as Business Law, and Estate Planning and Administration.

Denise is a frequent speaker in areas of estate and tax planning and is a member of the Niagara Estate Planning Council.

She serves on a variety of committees and boards in the community and is an active Rotarian.

A lifelong resident of the Niagara region, Denise was born in St. Catharines and has resided in Niagara Falls with her husband David for many years where they raised their son Brandon. Outside the practice of law, Denise is an avid reader and gardener who enjoys travel and theatre.
