Gary H. Enskat

Originally from St. Catharines, Gary Enskat joined the Firm when he was called to the Bar in 1983. He graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) and continued his education at Queen's University Law School, graduating in 1981.

Gary practises primarily in civil litigation, including corporate litigation, estate litigation, and personal injury. He has appeared before many administrative boards, tribunals and many different levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.

He has worked as a prosecutor for the City of Niagara Falls and has been called to testify before courts in the United States as an expert witness on the law of Ontario, and has provided numerous legal opinions concerning Ontario law to American attorneys.

Gary is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer's Association, The American Association of Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyer's Association) and The Advocates Society.

Gary has a strong commitment to his church and community. He is happily married and has a son and daughter. Gary speaks German fluently. He has been a guest on radio, cable television, and leadership seminars, and has lectured to numerous public interest groups. Gary is active as a volunteer, which includes having served as president of The Brock University Alumni Association.
