Gary H. Enskat

Originally from St. Catharines, Gary joined the firm when he was called to the Bar in 1983. He graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) and continued his education at Queen's University Law School, graduating in 1981.

Gary has a great deal of court experience, and has practised primarily in civil litigation, corporate litigation, and family law. He has also appeared before many administrative boards and tribunals, including the Ontario Municipal Board and the International Chamber of Commerce.

As well as his work for private individuals and companies, Gary has worked as a prosecutor for the City of Niagara Falls. He has been called to testify before courts in the United States as an expert witness on the law of Ontario, and has provided numerous legal opinions concerning Ontario law to American attorneys.

Gary is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer's Association, The Advocates Society and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

He has a strong commitment to his church and community. He is happily married and has a son and daughter.

Gary speaks German fluently. He has been a guest on radio, cable television, and leadership seminars, and has lectured to numerous public interest groups.

Gary is active as a volunteer as well. He has served and serves on numerous boards and committees. In addition, he served as president of The Brock University Alumni Association.
