FayAnn Guilbeault

Prior to joining Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP, Ms. Guilbeault articled at a large St. Catharines firm where she received experience in litigation, commercial, family and real estate matters.  She began her practice with Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP in our real estate division before practicing under her own Professional Corporation with the primary area of practice in commercial real estate and corporate law.  FayAnn has returned to Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP and will be focusing her practice in commercial real estate, corporate and family law.  Ms. Guilbeault is Chairman of the Board of the Downtown Business Improvement Area, and is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.

After a first career in Bookkeeping, FayAnn looked for other challenges and returned to school.  She succeeded in the difficult task of balancing family obligations while obtaining her B.A. and LL.B. and subsequently returned to the Niagara Region where she grew up and which she always considered her home.
