Neil A. Viola

Prior to his call to the Ontario Bar in 2000, Neil A. Viola, graduated from the University of Toronto in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science.  He was the recipient of the Edith A. Greene and Gordon Bradshaw Academic Scholarships.  Neil completed his law school studies at University of Western Ontario in 1998 where he was awarded the Carswell Company Limited Prize. 

During his undergraduate and law school years, Neil’s extracurricular activities included Editor of the Western Law School Newsletter, Volunteer with the London Community Legal Services, and Team Captain for the respective University Varsity Field Lacrosse teams.

Raised in the beautiful Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Neil is thrilled to return to his hometown and is excited to establish his legal career in the Niagara region.  His practice will focus on Wills, Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate and Business law.  Neil will be available to serve his clients out of both the Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls offices.  He is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations and the Welland County Law Association.     

Neil resides in Niagara-on-the-Lake with his wife Hazel.  He is also supported by proud parents, former Lord Mayor and Town Councillor Art Viola and Julie Viola.  Outside the office, Neil is a seasoned traveller, active volunteer with the community, and golf enthusiast.
